Absolutely! You don't have to have everything figured out before you contact us. Tell us about your child, your celebration, your theme, and what you're envisioning, and we'll help you find the entertainment that's right for you.
Yes! South Florida Surprises is insured, and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance whenever requested.

We proudly serve Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. If you're outside our typical service area, reach out! We may be able to accommodate your event.
We understand that plans can change! If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. For adjustments, we'll do our best to accommodate. Our cancellation policy will be provided upon booking.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and popular characters. That said, it's always worth reaching out, even for a last-minute party!
how far in advance should i book?
Yes! We offer a variety of entertainment options and can help you create a package based on your child's age, theme, guest count, and party plans.
Do you offer party packages?
We're happy to take performer requests. However, we cannot guarantee a specific performer for your event. All of our performers are professionally trained, and we thoughtfully assign performers to each event to ensure the best experience possible.

Don't worry! Our character lineup is always growing. Give us a call or send us a message with the character you're looking for, and we'll try to help you find the perfect fit for your celebration.
Absolutely! You can have multiple characters at your event. Our performers work together seamlessly -- the more the merrier!
